Robert Lacasse, President and Director

Mr. Lacasse has over ten (10) years of experience in the Information Technology industry. With a specialty in Oracle, he currently holds the title of Senior Database Administrator for Bank of Montreal’s e-Business Division, supporting the MERX application. Mr. Lacasse possesses strong interpersonal skills and has the ability to work at all levels of the System Development lifecycle. Mr. Lacasse also has numerous years of management experience.

Sue Norton, Director

Sue is a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst with over 10 years in the IT field. Her expertise is in automated testing using Rational Team Test. Sue has been certified by Rational Software as a Functional Tester using the Rational Suite of products. Currently she is the managing director of Alcea's IT Staffing & Remote Test Lab.

Chris Justus, Director

Chris graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Joint Honours Math / Business Administration Degree with Computer Science. After graduating, Chris founded the Internet service provider Magma Communications with some classmates. While at Magma, Chris developed the Chat Server, a leading edge web communication tool which has been sold around the world. He also helped create L'Hotel Chat, one of the most popular chat web sites on the Internet.

Chris became an independent computer consultant and has worked at Nortel, Bell Sygma, Interactive Entertainment Technology in New York, Sanga Research Corporation, and is currently working on Advantage Internet Business Network for Bell Canada. His technology background focuses on Client/Server technology, extensive Internet knowledge, and the languages C,C++ and Java. Chris recently completed development of Alcea Fast BugTrack - a defect tracking tool that has been sold to customers around the world.
