| Users are added and maintained through User page. Three access levels are provided: Read-only - Users designated as read-only can make no changes within the database. They are only able to view issues. Normal - Users designated as normal can create and modify issues, cannot access any of the administration elements of Fast IssueTrack. Administrator - Users designated as administrator have full access to the system. Administrators can create and modify issues, access and change any of the administration elements within Fast IssueTrack, and can create new users. Each user is given a profile that they are free to configure. This profile includes: - Username that can not be edited
- Password
- User tag for identification of userid
- Email address list where email notifications are to be sent
- Group that the user is assigned to
- Preferences
- Column settings for default fields that are to be shown
