The New Issue link will
take you to the New Issue page. This page
lists all of the fields that can be filled in for a new
issue.
Notes:
Fields are only mandatory if they show an exclamation
image next to them.
Drop down fields will also show a Select prompt. However,
it is always helpful to provide as much information
as possible for the purpose of reproducing issues.
The initial status of a new issue is Open
by default.
Subjects appear on the Issue Summary List,
so it is handy to provide a high-level description of
the issue here.
Set an appropriate priority level for the issue.
Assign the issue to the appropriate user within the
system.
Fill in an appropriate description.
If you do not want to create a new issue, select a
different link from the menu in the upper right corner.
The issue is created once you press the Submit
Issue button. The screen will display the Issue
Id associated with the issue.
