There are 3 main licenses available to choose from. (up to 20 clients, up to 50 clients,
or an unlimited number of clients). These licenses are the most common and use our
proprietary flat file format for storage. (a backup utility is included)
Additionally, we have an Enterprise system that includes a database interface for
any JDBC compliant database. This allows you to store data in a database if this is a
requirement, or if an external tool is desired with a database interface (ie: Crystal
Reports). This system is only available as an unlimited user license. It includes a
migration utility for existing systems.
User limits refer to the number of user profiles you can have on a system
(as opposed to concurrent users).
Purchasing Steps
- Alcea Technologies uses InternetSecure
for all online transactions.
- In the Buy Online Now table
below, enter the quantity of product you are ordering in the
applicable Quantity box.
- Click the Place Order

- You will be redirected to the InternetSecure
site and you will be prompted to enter the required information.
Once your order is placed and validated, we are notified.
- We will contact you by email and asked
to provide a name that will be encoded into a software registration
key. We will then provide you with the software registration
key within one business day. The registration key converts
your trial version of Alcea Fast IssueTrack into the official
version of the product (so you can track unlimited issues).

and we will coordinate payment. Once your payment is received,
