 1 Logo and color scheme can be changed to match the organization's. The header section of the page is visible from every page within the system making most functions just one click away. 2 All fields in the system are configurable. Use the default fields or remove some and add your own. Access control can be used to limit groups of users from seeing some fields. Each user can customize what columns appear on their main menu. All columns are sortable. The date format can be configured to match the date format used within your organization. 3 Filters define what issues are currently visible to a user. Administrators can create new filters available to everyone, and individual users can create their own filters. 4 The search field is a full-text search field of all issues within the system, allowing users to quickly find a particular issue, or related issues. 5 Users can jump immediately to a particular issue.
