Our Anonymous features allow Fast IssueTrack to provide a complete Help Desk solution where customers can enter requisitions, questions, or orders and receive a ticket number to see how their concerns are being treated.
Anonymous Entry
The following form implements a basic anonymous entry page to add bugs to the Demo, without requiring users to enter the system. Simply fill in the information and you can then query it from the anonymous query page, or log into the system and see the entry as a support person would do.
Anonymous Query
You can also allow your team to query data remotely from a web page so they can keep track of their issues. Search access depends on the server settings. You can allow access to all issues, all anonymous issues, or just the issues for a given user (ie: they must put in email address)

Anonymous Email Retrieval
We have also set up automatic email creation on our demo system.
Click on the following email link and send an which contains "DEMO" in the subject : Auto Creation
Our system will retrieve this email and automatically enter a new issue in the system. You can then log in and see the issue in the Demo #1 system. We have configured a rule that looks for "DEMO" in the subject string. All other email is discarded (as spam). Users are sent a confirmation, if it enters correctly.
