Initial On-site Evaluation

An initial evaluation is performed to determine the Oracle environment prior to agreeing on the level of service. This includes:

  • New or existing Oracle software, memory requirements, current disk space, machine processor type, operating system, and network protocols.

  • Determination of the number of users that will be logged onto the Oracle database, the number of schemas that will be created, the number of instances and additional disk space requirements.

  • New installation of the database software, creating the schemas, rollback segments, tablespaces and user roles.

This evaluation/installation is included in the annual service level at no extra charge. Check our Service level plans for more details.

We also provide on-site hourly, weekly and monthly plans upon request.
