Susan Norton, Director
Sue is a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst with over 10 years in the IT field.
Her expertise is in automated testing using Rational Team Test. Sue has
been certified by Rational Software as a Functional Tester using the Rational
Suite of products. Currently she is the managing director of Alcea's IT
Staffing Division. Sue is also an avid volunteer with Look Good Feel Better,
an organization which helps women deal with the appearance related side

Christopher Justus, Director
Chris graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Joint Honours
Math / Business Administration Degree with Computer Science. His technology
background focuses on Client/Server technology, extensive Internet knowledge,
and the languages C,C++ and Java. Chris is the creator of Alcea Fast BugTrack
- a defect tracking tool, and Alcea Fast IssueTrack - an issue tracking tool,
both of which are sold world-wide.
